About Eva
Eva de Kroon-van der Randen is the founder of U Time, a coaching and development practice rooted in presence, clarity and embodied awareness.
Her work is shaped by more than twenty years of experience across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education and social domains. Always with one central focus: understanding how people grow, how systems function and what becomes possible when there is enough safety and honesty to address what is truly happening.

Navigating Complexity & Scale
Eva’s career path has been non-linear. She began in social work and community development, supporting vulnerable individuals.
Later, she moved into large-scale healthcare coordination, connecting political boards, management, and professionals, which taught her how to hold tension, conflict, and grief with steadiness and clarity.

Presence Under Pressure
Her background in high-end hospitality and her years as a KLM flight attendant added crucial layers to her practice: intercultural communication, a grounded presence under pressure, and the ability to meet people with warmth and professionalism in any situation.

Rooted in Three Cultures
As a "third-culture child" shaped by Portugal, the Netherlands, and India, Eva has a natural sensitivity to identity, belonging, and transition:
- Portugal gave her warmth, presence, and the ability to sense what is left unspoken.
- The Netherlands taught her clarity, structure, and the courage to name what truly matters.
- India (through an ashram-influenced home) gave her stillness, depth, and a lifelong connection to inner awareness.

Early Grounding & Mindfulness
Growing up in a home where yoga, meditation, silence, and reflection were part of daily life deeply shaped her way of being.
This early grounding heavily influences her work today in how she listens, holds space, and supports people in moments that matter.

Coaching Style & Approach
Eva works internationally (online and on-site from Portugal) with leaders, professionals, and organizations facing transition or complexity. Her style is warm, direct, and deeply human.
Operating from an "Adult–Adult" stance, her non-clinical approach integrates systemic perspectives, social psychology, and embodied, movement-based awareness.
