One to one Coaching

A space to hear yourself again

1 to 1 coaching at U Time is an invitation to slow down, breathe and reconnect with what is true for you. Many people arrive at a moment of transition - in work, identity, relationships or location - where old ways of coping no longer fit and something new is asking for attention. Together, we create a space where you can listen to yourself with more clarity, kindness and courage.

How we work together

My approach is warm, grounded and deeply human. I pay attention to your story, your emotions, your relationships and your body, because all of these hold information about what you need.

We explore what is happening beneath the surface, at your pace, in a way that feels safe and spacious. I don’t diagnose or correct. Instead, we look together at what is unfolding in the here‑and‑now, so that new awareness and new choices can emerge.

You don’t need to know anything about the frameworks behind my work. What matters is that you arrive as you are.

When 1 to 1 coaching can support you

People often come to U Time when they feel overwhelmed, stuck or “not themselves,” or when they sense that something needs to change but cannot yet name what. Others are navigating transitions in work or identity, living between cultures, carrying invisible forms of loss or responsibility, or longing for more clarity, direction or inner calm.

In our work, there is space for everything you bring - the practical, the emotional, the relational and the embodied expression

What our sessions look like

Each session is a cocreated process. We explore what is happening beneath the surface, differentiate between primary and secondary emotions, look at relational patterns and boundaries, and work with the drivers and early decisions that shape your behaviour. We use embodied awareness to sense what your body is telling you and bring your thinking, feeling and action back into alignment. Practical steps emerge naturally from this clarity.

The pace is always yours. My role is to offer presence, steadiness and clarity, so that you can meet yourself more fully.

Why embodied work matters

Your body carries stories long before your mind can name them. Patterns such as bracing, holding your breath, collapsing, rushing or overextending are often expressions of early expectations and protective strategies.

Through gentle, non‑directive movement and embodied awareness, you can recognise what your body has been doing to keep you safe, sense what you truly feel, expand your options and reconnect with vitality and groundedness. It is present‑centred awareness that supports autonomy and choice.

Who we work with

I work with people in the middle of life - leaders, professionals, parents, entrepreneurs - who want to live with more clarity, connection and intention. Many of my clients live internationally or between cultures. Others are navigating identity shifts, relational complexity or forms of loss that are not always visible from the outside.

What they share is a desire to live more truthfully and to feel at home in themselves again.
